Annapurna have recently partnered with an industry leading marketing firm in London who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team.
The HR Business Partner will provide generalist support to a creative client group based in their London HQ.
- Coaching & advising senior managers on all people related queries
- Managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, redundancies and settlement agreements.
- Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
- Learning & Development
- Reward, Compensation and benefits
- Implementation global HR policies, procedures and processes
- Experience at HRBP/HR manager level (7+ years in HR)
- Significant ER and operational experience
- Background in similar creative and culture driven company
- CIPD Level 5 and above
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleague
