HRIS Analyst 

This is a great opportunity for an HR systems analyst to join a national charity. 

Our client supports more than 2,500 people with learning disabilities. They put the people they support at the centre of everything they do and work in partnership with them to provide services including residential care, day opportunities and supported living, from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day. 

Position: HRIS Consultant 
Location: Emersons Green, Bristol 
Contract type: Full Time, Fixed Term 12 Months 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum (or negotiated day rate) plus benefits package

About the Role: 

Recent mergers, and TUPE transfers have resulted in multiple terms and conditions of employment / local processes and ‘custom and practice’ being in place. Looking forward, they are introducing a new HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance system, as well as developing new business which is likely to produce further TUPE transfers. 

They have undertaken a review of the existing term and conditions and now need someone to undertake the task of benchmarking, analysing and recommending a range of measures across their organisation to deliver consistency and efficiency. The HRIS Analyst will be reporting to the Head of HR and will agree an outcome based project plan as well as provide regular updates and progress reports. 

About You: 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or have an equivalent level of relevant experience. An Institute of Project Management or Association for Project Management accreditation would be desirable, as would Chartered MCIPD. You will have experience of implementing changes to staff terms and conditions of employment and of staff reward strategies and staff benefit packages. 

Additionally, you will have working knowledge of integrated HR information systems including Time and Attendance to Payroll processing and how staff terms and conditions are managed through them. Experience of the design and implementation of HR change projects, HRIS projects and of the creation and analysis of HR analytics (management and business information) is also required. 

It is essential that you have knowledge of HR integrated information systems from a “super user” perspective, and an up to date knowledge of employment law, including TUPE Regulations.
