Elevation recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a Rotherham based business to identify an Interim HR Systems Analyst/ HR Generalist for an initial period of 3 months to join their HR team. Reporting into the Head of HR the role will focus on supporting the ongoing implementation and embedding of the new HRIS - Mitrefinch as well as providing generalist HR support to the business.

The role will be responsible for identifying issues and enabling solutions with respect to HR data and information that has migrated to the new system. This will involve checking documentation, liaising with the HR team and wider stakeholders to ensure the system is producing the relevant and required data. Following this will be the opportunity to ensure the system is fully understood by end users through training the relevant stakeholders as well as identifying initial self-service elements and roll out to all staff.

Experience of Mitrefinch software is ideal or you should be highly familiar with other HRIS platforms and can get up to speed quickly to understand the transition requirements. Additionally my client would like this to be a HR professional who could add value and support to the wider HR team on more generalist issues such as updating the company handbook and policies & procedures.

You must be able to work autonomously, demonstrate an ability to manage and influence stakeholders, you should be a strong communicator and influencer, be easy to work with and flexible.
