HR Systems Manager - £50,000 - £60,000
Our client is a leading legal insitution looking for a HR Systems Manager to work from their London based office. This role will report directly to the HR Operations Manager.
- Manage the relationship with HR system provider.
- Provide day to day support and guidance on the use of the system (CoreHR)
- Undertake technical fixes to the system
- Present configuration design options and identify solutions to the HR stakeholders
- Analyse HR data to present clear and insightful business and metrics and insights for senior management
- Assist with new implementation projects (e.g. L&D system)
- A strong and experienced HRIS experience
- Proven HR expertise and experience
- Able to identify process efficiencies with experience in continuous improvement
