A global e-commerce business with proven high market success is looking for a Project Manager to run implementation of their newly selected HRIS.  Reporting into the global HRIS lead, you’ll be responsible for the client side project management and technical delivery of the new system across global offices.

Working alongside the talented HR team and supporting the global lead, you’ll partner with each specialist people department, including internal comms, to lead successful migration by managing successful project delivery to agreed plans and timelines.  The key focus is to deliver the technical element of the project work stream, and you’ll specifically be hands on with data migration, SQL database, data import and coding etc. which will hugely assist the internal system integration and data migration from existing systems. 

You’ll look to constantly evaluate and recommend design and technical solutions to ensure best end user experience, successfully managing the migration of data from existing systems. 

As the successful candidate, you’ll be driven by deadlines and have proven experience of driving system implementation of cloud-based SAAS systems from a technical and project management perspective.  You’ll have strong technical understanding of these systems and will be capable of managing expectations and deadlines to drive successful delivery.
