About the role:
As the Human Resources Administrator, you will provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the HR & OD team and all associated colleagues. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries. With a focus on providing excellent customer service you will resolve queries in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate HR colleague when required.
With an eye for detail and accuracy you will provide administration support for a number of HR processes including recruitment and onboarding, processing contract changes and leavers. You will be involved in administration associated with employee benefits and collating information relating to changes on a monthly basis for payroll.
You will also be responsible for updating the HR system appropriately and testing updates and upgrades to the system in conjunction with IT.
To be successful in this position you will be qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths. Ideally studying towards CIPD qualification but this is not essential. You will be confident in the use of full range of Microsoft Office, particularly in using Excel with proven experience as an administrator.
