Elevation HR are looking to speak with immediately available HR Business Analysts within the South Yorkshire region for one of our Sheffield based clients.

This role will be responsible for the development and use of analytical products to assist decision making; working closely with HR Directors and HR Business Partners at a strategic and operational level.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Solid previous experience within a HR Business Analyst role
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data
- Experience within a high-volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Confidence and credibility to challenge current business processes
- Ability to work with stakeholders to design and implement improved and more efficient ways of working
- Knowledge and experience of business models and continuous improvement models
- Experience in producing monthly KPI reports
- Experience in providing analysis on Human Capital reports
