6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover), Full Time and Part Time

Our client was formed from the merger of two successful colleges in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. They are an established further education college offering fantastic breadth of subjects and vocational training – turning passions into professions.

Joining them on a 6 month fixed term contract, you will partner the College’s business leaders to develop and implement sustainable people management practices and nature a healthy organisational culture that delivers added value for all stakeholders.

Acting as an advocate of change, you will develop the capability of managers; coaching and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to handle staff management responsibility. You will provide advice and guidance on all HR issues and foster a positive climate of employee relations to sustain a partnership approach with staff, managers and unions.

So if you are Level 7 CIPD qualified (or are currently working towards this) and have proven experience at Advisor / Business Partner level, then they would love to hear from you! Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, you will be pro-active and self-motivated and have the tenacity and drive to see things through to conclusion. Able to come in and ‘hit the ground running’, you will have experience of coaching and mentoring managers and an understanding of employment law and its application.
