Our client is a non-profit provider of person centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.
They are now looking for a Human Resources Officer to join them.
The duties of this role will include;
· Management and administration of transactional HR processes
· Working closely with / providing advice to Managers
· Employee Relations
· Supporting the HR Manager with projects

They are looking for an individual who has attained or who is willing to work towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification and who has previous experience in a HR role. Your experience will have given you a good understanding of HR transactional processes and include significant experience of recruitment. You’ll also have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work well under pressure.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 17:00. There is local travel involved in this role, so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be a distinct advantage (all mileage can be claimed back).
