Joining an established direct, in house team, the role will work closely with the IT and Tech recruitment manager to support the business attract the best talent in the developer space into their leading B2B solutions business.
Working with autonomy and supported by a great brand, the team are looking for a confident and credible recruiter who is able to stakeholder manage and resource plan for pressured managers in the IT space. Innovation is rewarded, and the recruitment manager is particularly keen to speak to people who can demonstrate new and creative solutions around attracting talent, particularly through social media.
To apply to the position, you should be a recruiter who has gained experience and built a solid understanding of tech recruiting in the develop space. Ideally you will have some in house recruitment experience but applicants from recruitment agencies who want to move into direct, in house recruitment will be considered. It is expected that you will educated to at least A level standard, likely to degree level.
