IMPACT are delighted to be working on a brand new role for an Internal Recruiter on a Permanent basis, for this global media agency who create campaigns and movements that address complex social challenges. Based in the cool and funky Central London offices, you will be working closely with a small, friendly and sociable HR Team of 4, reporting to the Head of HR,
You will come directly from recruitment agency or have some in house experience working within digital or creative industry. Constantly thinking of innovative ways in which to source active and passive candidates, you will be conducting first round telephone screening and shortlisting excellent candidates for the hiring managers.
The full 360 recruitment cycle is expected from you in this exciting and challenging role, from working with hiring managers, to understand the brief, writing job adverts, posting out to job boards, managing social media applications and career websites, as well as assisting the hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice.
You will have excellent communication skills and a natural interview style. Your approach will be professional and engaging and you will an ambassador for the business. You will be a natural social media guru, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other new social media sites. To be successful in this role, you will be able to work at pace, be self-motivated as well as being a highly organised recruiter with excellent attention to detail.
