Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an In-House Recruitment Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. My client is a leading professional service focused company. The role is based in Wakefield with limited travel between the offices.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and effective HR and Recruitment team environment and will take responsibility for:
*Extensive Talent Attraction campaigns, supporting a small existing team to manage high volume vacancies
*Using internal and external attraction tools from job boards, to Linked in and Social Media
* Confidently be able to screen and interview candidates by telephone and face to face
*Have experience in organising Assessment centres, including all packs
*Follow the candidate experience by supporting the On-Boarding process
*Support in the preparation of contracts and associated paperwork for new starters
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Graduate Calibre with experience in ideally in-house recruitment in a Professional Services environment.
*Have come from a Professional Services environment either Legal or Financial ideally
*Be able to deliver key messages in a positive constructive manner
*Have demonstrable time management skills and coordination against strict SLAs
