Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor for a leading manufacturing business based in the Hull area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional to join an established HR team, providing an end to end recruitment support to the business.

Reporting into the HR manager the successful candidate will work as part of the HR team to deliver effective recruitment solutions to all levels of the business. Collaborating with Hiring Managers you will manage the full recruitment process for all roles across two UK sites and will be fully accountable for ensuring all roles are recruited within desired timescales in a timely and cost effective manner.

The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for implementing effective talent attraction and acquisition strategies and well as delivering a high quality on-boarding process. You will be recruiting a wide range of roles from shop floor to senior management and therefore you must be confident liaising with all levels. The role will also manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and will be responsible for PSL reviews.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Managing the recruitment process for all vacancies across two UK sites
-Liaising with hiring managers to complete role briefs and candidate requirements
-Planning and coordinate recruitment campaigns; writing and posting adverts, monitoring response, reviewing and shortlisting applicants
-Organising and conducting telephone and face to face interviews
-Processing offer documentation and assisting with the on-boarding process
-Managing resourcing events and building relationships with external bodies
-Assisting Hiring Managers with interview and assessment centre preparation

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:

-Recruitment experience, ideally gained in house within a manufacturing environment
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
-Proven experience and familiarity with a wide range of attraction methods such as advertising, job boards and social media e.g. LinkedIn
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume workload
-Educated to degree level would be desirable
