Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one of our South Yorkshire based clients looking to appoint an interim Associate HRBP for a period of 12 months. Reporting into the HRBP this is a fully generalist role and will support managers and employees by providing specialist policy and legislative HR advice as required. The role will ensure HR activities and initiatives are implemented successfully in order to deliver the overall HR people plan.

The role will focus on the following:

*Provide support and assistance to the HRBP
*Support mangers with professional guidance on full range of HR issues
*Manage ER issues including grievance, disciplinaries and performance management
*Provide additional support to the recruitment process including interviewing and assessments
*Contribute to HR projects and new initiatives, implementing and embedding as appropriate.
*Deliver HR softs skills training to mangers on people issues e.g communication, performance management
*Contribute to the annual talent and succession process working closely with the L&D team

To be successful in the role you will have:

*Degree qualified or CIPD qualified or working towards
*Ideally looking for experience gained within complex, corporate, highly commercial and professional environments
*Used to working in a fast paced environment
*Possess a strong knowledge on Employment Law and legislation
*Capable of developing strong relationships with stakeholders and at the present time able to do this remotely
*Strong influencing and communication skills
*Strong attention to detail.

The role is for 12 months in the first instance and could lead to further opportunities. The role will currently work remotely however once safe to do so the role will require presence in the office c3-4 days per week.
