A leading global business services group is looking for an online learning Designer/Co-ordinator to join their Learning and Development function.
Reporting to the Head of learning and Development (and working closely with Talent leads across the business), this role will initially be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. Pitched at an interesting level, the role will offer the incumbent bags of creative licence and stakeholder exposure whilst also retaining some co-ordinative and administrative responsibility that will really help the function overall. As a first competency, the business requires a passionate and brilliant designer. The role will work with a range of international business units to design new material that meets the needs of the business and delivers the experience that users require. Furthermore, the role will co-ordinate the migration of users onto a new LMS, answer first line basic queries that users may have, and work with the wider learning team to assist in the co-ordination of of some key Learning related projects.

To apply to this role you should be a learning designer and wider learning co-ordinator who has exceptional design skills (preferably with Dacebo experience but other platforms with a social presence will be considered). You should be a self starting, motivated, positive team player who will work effectively to deadlines and will be effective at managing expectations from a varied and demanding set of business leaders. In depth of a range of LMS platforms is expected and required (with particular interest shown to people who have experience with Develop.me).
