Interim Employee Engagement Consultant - £300/£350 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading private sector organisation on an Interim Employee Engagement Consultant role on an initial 3-month contract.
My client are a leading FTSE 100 organisation who are going through a transition period and looking for someone to support the development of an employee engagement forum. The role will require you to work alongside third parties to create the forum strategy and implementation plan to launch across the group. My client are looking for someone who will use a collaborative approach, working with senior managers in the UK & Europe, to ensure this is consistent with the company culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have had previous experience working in an environment with a strong employee forum and would have ideally supported the development/conception of this before. You will need to have strong knowledge of employment law as well as an external view on engagement, ER and engagement through research/networking.
