Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a manufacturing business, based in Doncaster, looking to recruit an interim HR Advisor for a period of c4 months. The role will focus on supporting managers with a restructure programme.

I'm keen to speak to people who are available immediately and can commit to a minimum 3-4 months' work. You must have experience of managing redundancy consultation meetings ideally gained within unionised manufacturing environments or a similar industry. The role is fast paced and requires a confident and competent HR Advisor who can work autonomously. As this is dealing with redundancies, the approach must be empathetic and sound. You will need to hit the ground running, assimilate information quickly and be confident to make decisions whilst supporting managers.

The role will also involve elements of day to day operational HR such as ER and providing generalist advice to managers. You should also be comfortable managing your own admin related to the consultation meetings and should therefore be confident with HR and IT systems. The role will be on site in Doncaster with limited home working. The site is fully compliant with Covid working procedures.
