A unique, medium size business based near Bracknell is looking for an HR advisor, to join their busy and close team, for a 12-month interim period (to cover maternity).
Reporting to the HR Director, the role will support a client group in a generalist capacity and work on a series of projects and initiatives as directed by the HRD.
The operational aspects of the role are varied - dealing with ER issues, managing recruitment campaigns, responding to queries from staff and managers, running inductions and delivering training interventions when possible.
The project aspects are diverse - likely to include an operational training review and managing and some diversity research.
To apply to this role, you should be available to start in late Feb / early March and be able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract. You should be CIPD qualified and bring experience of fast-moving commercial environments and a generalist skill set that has given you exposure to Employee Relations, Recruitment and managing some training interventions. It is deemed important that you have experience of customer focused staff delivering a service - matches will be made to people with experience from retail, leisure, hospitality, logistics, FM and other blue-collar environments.
