My client, a prestigious university, is seeking an Interim HR Analyst on an interim basis for a period of 3-6 months to work on a change initiative that has been in progress for the last year. You will analyse key areas of workforce management and provide reports and suggestions of how to best develop these areas. The HR Analyst will: Lead on design, development and analytics to help launch a workforce management structure that will allow the organisation to deliver operational and organisational priorities;Design, underpin and support areas of the organisations ongoing change programme;Work with multiple stakeholders to conduct research into targeted and key areas. This is a business critical role that is crucial to ensuring the organisation delivers on their ongoing change programme; therefore the successful candidate must have worked on similar programmes and must have worked within the education sector.
