Are you an experienced HRBP ready to take on an exciting interim contract?
A global communications agency, has an opportunity for an HRBP to join them on a fixed term contract for 6 months (with possible extension), for a mid-August start.
The business is moving through a hugely exciting transformation and requires your help; your proven experience within change management, TUPE, restructure and redundancy management will be fundamental. Working within a small talented HR team and reporting to a fantastic HR Director, you will take ownership of a number of vital projects and additionally manage day to day HR for the business.
As the successful candidate, you’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills and have innate relationships building skills. You’ll have experience of change management and ideally have worked in a business where you have taken them through transformation.
