Interim HR Business Partner - up to £400 p/d
I am working with an organisation who are currently going through a major transformation as they look to build efficency in the organisation on an Interim HR Business Partner role.
My client are currently going through an OD and restructure programme which will ultimately be looking to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the organisation. This role will be supporting three of the key workstreams as they look to build greater efficiency in the business. You will be responsible for managing the business through consultations as well as helping to apply the design principals that have been put in place. You will need to be capable of building strategic relationships with the business quickly in order to influence the business and push back whilst maintaining a position of respect and authority.
