Interim HR Business Partner - c. £450 P/D
A leading FS firm based in London are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial 12-month contract.
In this role, you will be supporting a broad range of clients up to Chief Executive level. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Experience working within financial services would be preferred, and you must be able to lead strategic as well as operational HR activities. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as you will be required to build strategic alliances and influence challenging stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing a team including a HR Advisor and HR Assistant on a day to day basis and previous management experience would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be commercially focused and must be able to contribute to a range of projects. Strong change management and UK ER experience is essential.
