Interim HR Business Systems Analyst - London - Up to £550 per day

Annapurna HR have been engaged by a Leading Global IT Services Business seeking an Interim HR Business Systems Analyst. The role will join the HRIS Team and aid in the design & implementation of new HRIS platforms to modernise their HR Shared Services function.

A key part of your role will be to lead the functional testing of new HRIS features & modules, whilst assessing the impact these will have to HR processes. Developing Global process documentation to ensure functional requirements, project plans, and test scripts are implemented across the organisation.

Key skills required:

  • Experience in HRIS Implementation projects
  • Experience working in Global Matrix organisation
  • Experience with Workday

This is an outstanding opportunity for the successful candidate to join this organisation and play a key role in developing their HRIS offering. Being heavily involved in implementing new HRS Platforms & modules to ensure their HR Shared Service is modern and efficient.
