Interim HR Programme Manager - South East England - £600 to 750 p/d - 6-12 month's initially
We are currently recruiting for a HR Programme Manager to join a global organisation whilst they roll out carry out a large transformation programme.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working as a HR PM on a large transformation programmes. The role will be working on a worldwide systems roll-out so experience in global organisations will be beneficial in order to keep up with the pace of the project. Candidates will require very strong stakeholder management skills and will have experience managing third party suppliers and SLA's. This individual will also be require to lead on implementing different tiers of the operating model. This role will be supporting the programme director to ensure all project teams are meeting deadlines, to manage the key stakeholders and act as a central point of contact for the transformation. The successful candidate must have deep HR and project / programme management experience (Prince2 qualified ideally).
