Interim HR Project Manager - £400-£450 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a global FS firm on an Interim HR Project Manager role.
My client are currently undergoing a global transformation programme as they look to drive the bank's digital strategy.
The main focus of the team is Core Platform simplification, Operations Transformation and enabling a Digital Workplace. This includes redesigning workplace tools to ensure clarity around responsibility, embed a culture of personal responsibility, increase transparency and reinforce the standards to which we hold ourselves. The end-user experience is key to driving the most efficient and effective design.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the capability related workstreams including the day to day project management of workstreams across TA, International Mobility and talent. To be successful, you will need to have prior project management experience and ideally have worked on a technology transformation programme.
