Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing organisation based in Sheffield to recruit an interim HR/Resourcing Officer, this is a FTC to 31 March 2021 in the first instance.

The role requires all-round HR experience at Officer/Advisor level with an emphasis on internal resourcing and generalist support to managers.

The role will focus on:

- Work as part of the HR team to manage and deliver the recruitment plan
- Lead on day to day recruitment activity and planning
- Provide hiring managers and candidates with end to end support and guidance during the recruitment process.
- Work with the HR team to provide support across the whole spectrum of casework, including attendance management, discipline, grievance, etc.
- Provide first point advice and guidance on HR and payroll related matters and resolve all queries and issues in a timely manner, escalating as necessary
- Operate and manage the HR system, ensuring records are accurate
- Maintain payroll records and carry out necessary checks to guarantee employees are paid correctly and on time
- Support on projects as required
- Manage relationships, responding to any queries or problems raised, with all employees and managers as appropriate
- Support the development of HR standard operating procedures and processes to ensure effective and efficient ways of working

We are keen to speak to people who have experience of the above with strong demonstrable organisational skills and HRIS knowledge and capabilities. Candidates must be able to commit to an interim contract with an immediate start.
