HR Solutions Senior Analyst - £300/£350 p.d

Annapurna HR are working with a global FS firm on an Interim HR Solutions Senior Analyst for an initial 8 month contract.

My client have recently implemented workday on a global scale and require a Solutions Senior Analyst to help them configure and upgrade the system to allow this to maximise efficiency across HR and the business. You will be responsible for anlysing user feedback and create action plans to solve any issues.

As an HR Solutions professional it is imperative that the following design principles be met when executing on the above:

  • Partnering with legal and compliance in order to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Upholding the Firm's audit standards
  • Ensuring the proper data security for our Firms employee data
  • Designing processes for a sound employee, manager and HR user experience

To be successful in this role you must have prior experience configuring workday.
