Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one of our Doncaster clients to appoint an Interim HR Systems Implementation Specialist. The project will be for 9-12 months in the first instance and will support the wider HR team implementing a new HR system for the business.

The focus of the role will be to support the HRSSC manager on the planning and implementing of the new HR system across the business, taking ownership and at times leading on the project. This will include liaising with IT and the wider HR team to ensure accurate migration of information to the new system.

What are we looking for:

Previous comprehensive experience of HR Systems implementation and day to day management of HR systems
Track record of utilising data, HR reports and data migration
Promoting and communicating the new system across the business
Training and upskilling users
Innovate HR solutions through the HR system
Knowledge of 'Access Workspace' HRIS would be an advantage
Excellent IT knowledge and capability
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
Strong mindset to continually look for problems and improvements
Excellent communication skills to deal with stakeholders at all levels

If this role is of interest and you're available for a 9-12 month interim role please get in touch. The role can be a mix of remote and office working, some time will be required on site in order to liaise with other internal teams.
