Interim Learning & Development Business Parner - c. £500 p/d
My client is a private sector organisation based in the city who are looking for an Interim Learning & Development Business Partner to support an exciting transformation programme.
They have recently gone through a major HR transformation and are now embarking on the L&D phase. This will be looking at the full range of current leaning practices and moving towards a digital transformation in the learning space with a focus on virtual classrooms, digital learning solutions as they look to become more innovative with the overall offering. This is an exciting time to join what is a world-class brand looking to build a best in class learning function for the future.
In this role you would be responsible for partnering with a part of the organisation to complete a review and support the redevelopment of the current learning solution which is in place. To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working in a matrix environment driving digital change in the learning and development space.
