Interim Organisation Design Lead
Annapurna HR are working with a tech firm who have expanded rapidly over the last 5 years and are now looking for an Organisation Design Lead to support with the next stage of their development.
The organisation have grown mainly through acquisition up to now and are looking for someone who will be able to lead a complete review of the operating model, make recommendations and provide them with advice into how they can gain efficiency whilst also putting themselves in the best position to grow moving forward. You will be joining in a period of consolidation, however, there are plans to grow and develop into new territories internationally and beyond.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company to do some exciting work in putting them in the best position possible for future development. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong organisation design experience as well as having previously led change programmes.
