Interim People Service Delivery Model Product Owner - up to £800 p/d
Location - UK based with frequent travel
My client are a global corporate who are currently undergoing major transformation across the entire organisation as they look to build efficiency into the future of the business.
This role will be supporting the development of a new HR Ops TOM with a focus on digital enablement, automation, and tech solutions. You will be required to partner with service line leads and country managers to establish a backlog of requirements for case management/ticketing, document management, analytics, MI and then work with IS teams in order to identify tech/vendor options to meet service enablement requirements.
The successful candidate in this role will need to understand the overarching strategy and architecture, as well as being able to build strong relationships in order to drive engagement in the programme. You must also have the ability to manage multiple design and deployment activities across multiple sites as a part of a virtual team. Preferably you will also have experience managing vendors and be familiar with service technologies.
