Making it happen - Your Role

They currently have an opportunity for an Interim Recruitment Manager to join their HR Team in Leeds to be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and effective recruitment strategy across the organisation. The role of Interim Recruitment Manager is a unique opportunity to really make a difference to recruitment in the company and to the social care sector as a whole.

This is an interim role for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

About you

You’ll need to be someone who is experienced in developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies in challenging sectors which have delivered real results. You will have the ability to develop strong relationships with senior and front line managers and be highly customer focused. Experience of leading a results lead team and working within a target lead environment is highly desirable. Applicants must have a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel, experience in Health & Social Care sector is desirable. There will national travel required intermittently.
