Interim Reward Analyst - up to £300 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading global private sector firm on an Interim Reward Analyst role for an initial 6 -month contract.
My client are looking for someone for an immediate start who ideally has experience working in reward in a global organisation. You will be focussed on supporting the reward team with a number of projects in the UK and Europe as well as providing reward expertise on the annual bonus/salary review processes.
This role requires someone who can proactively build relationships with stakeholders in order to provide expert reward advice whilst supporting the senior reward lead with the design and delivery of the annual review processes.
This is a great opportunity to work with an established brand in order to support the development of the reward strategy.
