Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Reward Consultant to work in a fast-paced growing business.
Reporting in to the HR Director, this interim role will be to cover all aspects of compensation and benefits within the organisation for a workforce of 2000. This position will be stand alone and will be focused on establishing and developing reward and benefits business wide, supporting policy changes, reward strategy and process improvements
Due to the timescales of the projects there is an immediate need, I am looking for strong Reward/Benefits and Pension Head of/Managers/Consultants or Business Partners who are on short notice periods or immediately available and able to interview.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Proven experience of managing and developing all aspects of reward and benefits business wide
*Proven experience of delivering advise on pensions and benefits
*Previous relevant project management experience i.e harmonising terms, evaluating benefit providers.
*A strong influencer and communicator
*Previous experience of using HAY or Towers Watson methodologies
