Annapurna Recruitment are working with a leading high-growth tech start-up on an Interim Reward Lead role to build and create the reward structure from scratch.
My client are looking for a rounded reward professional who has experience working in the tech industry, ideally, a business going through hyper-growth, to build and establish a reward structure/strategy for the modern workforce. The role will require someone who is able to flex their style in order to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
In this role, you will be required to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in order to develop the various structures for different areas of the business.
