Interim Reward Manager - £450 - £550 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a global corporate in the city on an Interim Reward Manager role for an initial 8 month contract to support a global project to change the current bonus schemes in the business.
The role will be focused on executive incentive schemes across the business and will be leading the project end to end with initial scoping out, comms, design and delivery of the new scheme. You will need to have prior experience of working on a similar project in the past and have strong analytics.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well known organisation to deliver a real change in their current reward structure and overall philosophy.
