Annapurna Recruitment are working with a leading private sector organisation on an Interim Reward Manager role for an initial 3 month contract.
Our client are looking for someone with a broad background with experience across compensation, benefits and share schemes as they look to evolve the current reward offering for the business.
To be successful in this role you must have experience working as a reward specialist having ideally worked on projects looking to drive change in the structure of the reward offering.
