Interim Reward Project Manager - c. £400 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading tech firm in London on an Interim Reward Project Manager role for an initial 6 month contract.
My client are currently undergoing a significant shift in the reward space as they look to move systems, change benefits, and a new mobility tool for the function. They require someone with strong project management experience in order to execute and deliver these projects effectively to time/budget. The candidate will need a background in reward/compensation and benefits as well as being able to demonstrate PM experience leading complex change and BAU projects.
The role is working as part of a fast paced organisation and requires someone who can put the necessary governance structures and landmarks in place in order for the projects to be successful.
