Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an established Manufacturing business looking to appoint an Interim Senior HR Advisor for a period of 4 months in the first instance, immediate start required. Based in Rotherham this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to work closely with the Head of HR to further develop the HR function to support the business of 400+ employees.

The role has a broad generalist remit and will have responsibility for all aspects of HR from ER, recruitment, change, development, engagement, succession planning as well as advising and supporting managers. There will also be a strong element of day-to-day overseeing of HR Admin, HR systems and payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supporting the management team on all HR matters and ensuring best practice across the business during a period of change
- Supporting the implementation of HR systems and databases suitable to the business and those which assist in meeting business' objectives
- Developing policies and procedures and ensuring these are communicated effectively across the business
- Delivering on ER activities which could include TUPE, redundancy, grievance and disciplinaries
- Working closely and collaboratively with the recognised Trade Union
- Awareness of payroll

Elevation HR are interested in speaking with Immediately available Senior HR Advisors with the following skills and experience:

- Generalist experience and track record at HR Advisor/HR Manager level
- HR process and operations background
- Degree qualified desirable and CIPD qualified
- Strong commercial acumen and credibility ideally within fast-paced commercial environments
- Demonstrable experience of attraction, retention and engagement initiatives
- Employment law and best practice knowledge
- Confident of influencing at senior management level
