Interim Snr HR Business Partner - c. £500/£550 p/d
Our client are a global professional services firm who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the tech client group for an initial 3-6 month contract.
The role will require you to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders as the HR lead for this particular business area. The organisation has been through a global transformation in the past 12 months and will require someone who is able to support the business proactively in embedding changes to ensure sustained success.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in a global matrix environment and have supported change previously. You must have strong stakeholder engagement skills which will allow you to influence and drive the business transformation projects which are ongoing at the moment.
