Interim Head of HR - Up to £700 p/d
I am working with a leading legal advisory in London on an Interim Senior HR Business Partner position.
My client are looking for someone to come in on an initial 2 month contract to help them on a range of generalist activity which will span across attraction, reward, career models and learning. They require someone who has had significant experience in the legal/law sector and has a strong understanding of the workforce.
In this role, you will be required to help build an attraction plan, help shape the learning strategy as well as introducing performance measurables for the business.
This is an exciting opportunity working with a team going through change as they look to expand their current footprint in the market as an organisation.
