Internal Communications Engagement Lead - £45K-£55K - London

My client is looking for an Internal Communications Engagement Lead who will report directly to the Head of Engagement and Internal Comms.

The opportunity, and purpose of this role, is to create a shift in engagement in particular and to ensure that, as an organisation, they focus on actions that will drive a meaningful shift in engagement overall.

This is, therefore, a strategic role, with a strong component of delivery, and will be instrumental in transforming our staff engagement and communications function from tactical to strategic delivery.

In particular, you will:

  • Be responsible for their engagement strategy and delivery plan - focusing on the role of the manager in delivering a shift in engagement.
  • Responsible for delivering meaningful follow up from their engagement survey in partnership with their Talent and Development team and their HR Business Partners.
  • Be the Internal Comms Business Partner for their Human Resources, Corporate, Resources, Technology and Fundraising and Marketing

Key Technical Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours

  • Experience in devising and delivering impactful engagement strategies and interventions.
  • Experience in interpreting engagement survey results in order to support an engagement agenda.
  • Experience of driving culture change and improvement in employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of getting different stakeholder groups to buy-in - credibility and the ability to influence is essential.
  • Positive and can-do, ambitious in your desire to get things done to a high standard and to drive positive impact.
