Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an In-house/Internal Recruiter for a fast-paced Financial Services Organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds covering the MI, Analytic and Credit Risk Management positions
The company are ideally looking for either a Recruitment Consultant from an agency background or with both in house and agency experience who put the candidate at the heart of everything they do and have worked recruiting at Head Office (Corporate) Level.
The successful candidate will work within a strong existing recruitment team, reporting into the Recruitment Manager with responsibility for the full 360 recruitment process engaging and negotiating with Internal Key Stakeholders. Using a variety of attraction and interview techniques, assessment days and candidate management skills, you will handle a variety of roles from junior to executive working across the Analysts, Credit Risk and MI population
*Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Divisional Heads to support a robust workforce plan, recruitment guidelines and assessment tool box that ensures the right candidate is chosen.
*To handle initial pre-screening of candidates through telephone, and all invitations for formal interviews, including all associated diary management.
*To actively develop social media and networking links to try and support non-traditional methods of attraction and retention.
*To organise assessment days, and support all administrative functions for this, in addition to working with the Recruitment Administration team; sending all invites, confirmations and both internally and externally.
*To take full responsibility for all communication to the HR team for contract issuing, new starter system updates and notification of the payroll department.
*Organise the induction days and initial weeks training to welcome and guide new starters
*To regularly deliver updates to senior management and departments to ensure any requirements are identified and addressed immediately to lessen" firefighting "recruitment.
*To ensure that you complete all information for the MI reports for all recruitment activities.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Demonstrable experience in a fast paced ideally Professional Services or similar environment handling individual technical roles through to high volume recruitment campaigns.
*Have worked ideally in house recruiting Analytic Professionals
*Have managed Stakeholder negotiations and planning meetings for recruitment purposes.
