Making it happen - Your Role
They are looking for an Internal Recruiter, to join them established Centralised Recruitment Team. Their team is responsible for filling all roles within the company – from Support Workers to Operational Managers. They take an open, honest and responsive approach to their recruitment and they think they’re a creative, lively and vibrant team to work for!
As an Internal Recruiter, you and your colleagues will utilise their applicant tracking system, other job boards and social media platforms, you will advertise their vacancies and consistently drive recruitment.
Acting as the first point of contact for anybody applying or enquiring about working for them, you will actively promote their employer brand and provide effective customer service to both applicants and managers. You will proactively use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, talent pools and CV searching, assist in arranging interviews and providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants. You will also act as a source of advice for managers, attend job fairs and other recruitment events and work alongside the Recruitment Team Manager to create and adapt processes. This role is busy and varied – no two days are the same!
The successful applicant will have proven experience of both high volume and niche recruitment and have the ability to network and build strong talent pools. A confident and clear communicator, diligent and organised, you’ll have excellent customer service skills, have experience of working directly with applicants and managers and be capable of utilising social media in order to recruit.
This role would suit an experienced in-house recruiter/Account Manager.
Those who have knowledge of the social care sector and of geographical recruitment issues are desirable but not essential.
