Elevation HR are delighted to be working with an organisation based in North Derbyshire looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Advisor. This is an excellent developmental opportunity working for an organisation which encourages employee development and progression.

The role will be responsible for overseeing the organisations recruitment function and will sit as part of the wider HR team. Initially the role will review existing recruitment processes and make recommendations on improvements which in time will lead to working on specific projects and initiatives to provide a seamless and efficient internal process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Management of high volume recruitment campaigns ensuring that these are delivered within agreed time frames
- Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on direct sourcing strategy utilising the best attraction and selection techniques
- Drive improvements on all areas of resourcing administration
- working with external partners and agencies to identify talent
- Providing an effective and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilising LinkedIn, job boards, talents pools and other attraction and selection methods to proactively source candidates
- Pipelining candidates for immediate recruitment requirements and for future needs
- Developing the early careers programme for the business
- Maximising the candidate experience through appropriate initiatives, processes and communication
- Develop the use of psychometrics for the business
- Support the implementation of a company ATS system

Elevation HR are keen to speak with candidates with the following:

- Previous experience in recruiting multiple vacancies
- Ability to source candidates utilising a range of methods e.g. LinkedIn, job boards etc.
- Experience of working with ATS systems
- Experience of graduate and Early Years recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Previous experience within a fast-paced environment
- Highly efficient strong organizational skills
