Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, development and monitoring of Corporate Systems (Resourcelink and Cognos) to support the HR and Payroll requirements of the business:

  1. To configure and administer the systems in line with business strategy and the priorities set by the management team
  2. Systems analysis and project co-ordination for new contracts, companies and functionalities
  3. Data analysis and report writing
  4. user support and training

Main Duties:

To configure and administer the systems in line with business strategy and the priorities set by the management team:

  • Promoting high level process and HR administration maintaining consistency of approach in system functionality and usage
  • Assessing and prioritising requests for change/new functionality/reporting requirements
  • Monitoring and maintaining system availability

Working with vendor suppliers to oversee the implementation of technical changes/upgrades

Systems analysis and project co-ordination for new contracts, companies and functionalities:

  • Requirements gathering, feasibility study, cost/benefit analysis and specification documents
  • Participating in project co-ordination and reporting
  • Carrying out data transfer and manipulation

Testing and signing off developments jointly with our clients

Data analysis and report writing:

Data analysis, modelling and reporting through a combination of ResourceLink and Cognos

End user support and training:

  • Providing end user support
  • Providing guidance and training relating to new users/functionality

Ensuring that user documentation and process maps are maintained and accurate

To participate in regular reviews with our external partners and regular IS team meetings

To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans

To support the Company's Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives
