Junior HRBP - Luxury Fashion
Are you a solid HR Generalist with experience of leading on HR Projects, and working closely with heads of function and line managers.
Do you have excellent experience in employee relations, managing complex ER cases, being completely up to date on UK employment Law with experience in change & Performance management as well as coaching line managers and strengths in recruitment and Learning & Development.
We are working closely with a leading fashion house to bring in a new Junior HR Business Partner who will support the line managers throughout the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting the People, Talent and L&D partners in delivering creative projects to support the EVP.
As Junior HRBP you will coach and mentor managers to help define their own roles and become better managers, driving performance and management skills. You will support the business in embedding employee values and drive the culture and employee engagement initiatives.
You will ideally come from a luxury fashion background, be used to working in a luxury environment and understand the values and nuances of this kind of business.
You will be of an analytical mind, great at problem solving and relationship building as well as being personal and resilient.
