We are searching for a talented individual to join one of our clients, a fast growing, global tech company, as a Junior Payroll & Data Executive.

In this entry level role, you will ensure that all people and pay related data is up to date and accurate, producing and analysing reports to provide assistance across all aspects of the People function.

Duties Include:

Payroll & Benefits

  • Updating and maintaining the Payroll Workbook
  • Managing payroll administration of benefits
  • Drafting payroll letters to employees and advising on queries

Systems & Reporting

  • Managing day-to-day of the HRIS system
  • Maintaining dashboards
  • Logging holiday/sickness

On/Offboarding

  • Managing paperwork
  • Collecting references and documentation
  • Booking onboarding inductions
  • Issuing leavers agreements & P45s

Skills required:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to offer improvements and better wants of working
  • An interest in HR data & analytics
