Your experience could come from broader HR Assistant or HR Advisor roles (if they have included learning support and delivery), Learning and Development support roles, or perhaps from operational / other business roles that have included delivery of training and varied coordination related business activity.
The successful person will be the right character for the business. The business likes to employ confident, positive, can do people who are committed to work and want to develop.
