Salary £25,000 – £27,500
Our client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.
Joining them as a Learning & Development Talent Consultant (12 month temporary contract) within the HR Team, you will work closely with all areas of the business to ensure there is a clear and aligned understanding of the capability building priorities for the business.
Building and delivering effective talent acquisition and development plans you will underpin the high performance working environment by finding, hiring, upskilling and retaining high performing and high potential employee partners. The successful candidate will support leaders to effectively identify and manage talent development and deliver professional qualifications, technical training, soft skills training and employee engagement activity.
Evaluating all development activity to ensure continuous improvement, enhancement of learning solutions and return on investment, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting on and evaluating talent metrics with significant input into key programmes and accreditation processes.
An energetic and professional individual with experience in talent acquisition and development, you must have a strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence and deliver to stakeholders at all levels and have experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. Experience gained within both public and private sectors would be desirable and a CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
